I have say upfront that I have never dealt with a better group of people they went the extra mile for me. They took time to work with me and explain everything. John is an exceptional service manager and I, as a Brady Tx customer is so grateful we have him and his staff to help us. Was driving through town when my truck broke down. Had to drive 2 1/2 hours each way to pick up the truck when done. Solana motors was great to deal with. I really enjoyed the quick service and small town feel in every communication with them. The service was faster than expected. The price was better than any dealership I’ve ever seen. I wish Solana motors was closer to Austin. They would be my go to dealership for anything I’d need for my truck.

My previous experience with Solana Service Department was spectacular. John was very accommodating in getting me in very promptly and was very understanding and helpful during and after the repairs were complete. Tracy the service advisor was also very helpful, kind, understanding, and empathetic to my whole situation and made the entire process very easy and discomforting. I was looking for a new car suv type and I found one that had the things I was looking for this sweet young lady came out and asked if she could help. Isabel is wonderful. she helped get the Chev trailblazer that I was looking for and handled all the paperwork to get my new trailblazer she’s the greatest thank you Isabel.
